“Mirror, mirror on the wall, who’s the fairest of them all?” This is the iconic line of the Wicked Queen and it will be told by two movies this 2012. The first one being Mirror, Mirror (starring Julia Roberts) and Snow White and the Huntsman (starring Twilight’s Bella… Kristen Stewart and Thor’s Chris Hemsworth). As researched by the MediaFreaks 3D Animation Studio Blog, early reviews have been more generous and positive over Snow White and the Hunstman — probably because it has an interesting twist. Snow White is not just a damsel in distress. She’ll become a warrior too.

The Wicked Queen (played by Charlene Therize) has a vast command of magical elements and is still intent on staying beautiful forever. With the way she subjects herself to such stress to remain beautiful, she won’t be shy in using all the magic tricks she can muster to make sure that Snow White will be dead.
Chris Hemsworth will play the role of the Hunstman (and yet we still Thor). He has been ordered to kill Snow White… will he?
I guess with this image of Snow White wearing a sturdy and sterling armor, we may know the answer to that soon enough. Snow White and the Huntsman is primed for a June 1, 2012 theatrical release. It is directed by Rupert Sanders and written by Evan Daugherty.
