Movie Reviews

Viral sites for movies from big Hollywood studios never fail to amaze the MediaFreaks 3D Animation Blog. The last viral site we reported was that of the Amazing Spider-Man. This time around, Men in Black III is trying to create some buzz with a new viral site with a creative treatment. Meanwhile, here is the first trailer for the movie featuring the return of Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones (from the beloved 90s):

The Men in Black III viral site which can be found over at TheMeninBlackSuitsAreReal.com takes on the look of a normal blog by a 14-year old kid (with the username BugEyes126) which documents his quest to prove that the Men in Black (as an agency dealing with aliens) is real. This image below is one of his doodles with this brief explanation:

I was doodling in science class yesterday, this image that I just couldn’t get out of my head. Wasn’t sure if it was something I’ve seen before or maybe just from a dream I had. My lab partner saw it in my notebook and said it kind of looked like some large particle accelerator?

So I looked it up, and these “colliders” can cost over 6 billion dollars! Yeah, billions spent to build this just to “see what would happen”. Not sure I buy it.

Using it to secretly transport aliens to and from distant plants seems more likely… Not that I think the Men In Black Suits have anything to do with this. They wouldn’t use this for interplanetary transport of ETs. It’s just a giant school science project! Right?
