There is this new craze in the virtual world that most people go of the habit of checking it back a few, or a few dozen, times a day! With all the numerous online games in the virtual world, Facebook seems to make it on the top list of the world’s favorites.
Why is this becoming a fad that millions of people are using it as a form of leisure? Even a form of wasting time, I should say.
But wasting time with it, I guess, is worth the fun. All because of the FREE video games and more than a hundred applications laid down to be used.
And for some other reasons, aside from the online gaming, some people love to use it to keep in touch with friends and acquaintances.
Facebook seems to be so good with their set up to try to draw in and to attract millions of people to be eager to it. I would even congratulate the developers of this social networking website. Five different most loved applications — ranging from real-time Poker against other users (for fake money) to a farming simulation of the Pet Society and a Mafia game — each recorded more than 10 million users last month. More than two dozen games are each attracting in excess of two million players a month. If this is a networking business, for sure, it is more than even a big boom to consider.
With so much fame that Facebook is getting, I guess, it can be branded already that it is one of the best free game sites in the virtual world of fun!
With over a hundred applications, I tried to go over with the most loved game applications. “Mafia Wars” (12.4 million users last month, according to InsideSocialGames.com), one can have a Mafia family with other friends, run 3 kinds of crime businesses and gain a little money, power and respect. After some time, the fight to be the most powerful family continues.
In the world of Pet Society on the other hand, one can have a pet then have a great time with it while playing games, decorating a house, and visiting friends in the game itself. A variety of different games and activities I was surprised to know like playing ball, jumping with skipping rope and going on treasure hunts for coins in the city. There is more excitement in it than the Zuma Deluxe game!
More of Facebook twists, there is even a considered life in it– The “Sorority Life.” Building up the player is by hosting social events. Instead of arming weapons like in the Mafia War, girlish accessories and outfits are added.. “The results of an attack will be calculated based on how many sisters you have in your sorority, and what they are wearing,” the game says. This must be the reason why my so many girls go gaga over it.
Sort of a Facebook review analysis was done with it.
Playfish’s mission (changing the way people play games by providing more social and connected experiences) must be successful in its accomplishing action!
